Emily Gell’s deep understanding of anatomy and alignment comes from her background in rehabilitation. Having been in physical therapy since the age of ten managing musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain, she eventually studied Pilates and Yoga in high school and began teaching in 2008. After giving birth to her son, Emily went on to certify as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She’s a calm presence during a tough class and an empathetic trainer during a private session. A sweet soul with an incredible knowledge of the body.
